Summary | This multi-year statement of work (SOW) describes the agreed upon analytic and engineering services and products being provided via intra-governmental support between the Defense Analysis Department, the Department of Systems Engineering (DSE), USMA ("servicing agency") and the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Research & Technology (DASA R& T) 6.3 Red Teaming program office ("requesting agency") In accordance with Economy Act, DoD Financial Management Regulation Volume IIA. The Servicing Agency (OSE) is a permanent member of the 6.3 Enterprise Adaptive Red Team (EART) and 6.3 Expeditionary Adaptive Red Team (X-ART) since its Inception, having primary responsibility for developing, piloting, and validating all systems engineering vulnerability assessment methodologies and advanced risk analyses on emerging systems of interest to the Army including programs-of-record (PoR). This multi-year SOW pertains to support provided for the 6.3 EART. The Requesting Agency has decided this multi-year order to be in the best Interest of the United States Government because of the sustained support required during the duration of this programmed activity. |
