Summary	This is the on-going distance learning program in Engineering Acoustics, initiated in FY14. There are 3 Navy commands enrolling student. The program is offered exclusively in a synchronous DL format (either VTC, Collaborate, or other on-line streaming video), with the exception of a 1 week residency for lab work. A tuition letter was generated that defines the rates for each student type. This tuition letter has already been communicated to all sponsoring activities by the program manager. In addition, a flat-rate agreement was made with NUWCDIVNPT for FY15/16.
