Summary	This proposal documents the GSBPP Distance Learning Master of Science degree programs: Master of Science in Program Management (MSPM) and Master of Science in Contract Management (MSCM). The attached Budget Page reflects ongoing and planned cohort inputs for the Fiscal Year 2013 and reflects the Reimbursable Education (RE) funding expected to be generated for and expended in support of the two degree programs. These programs are funded on a tuition model, with numerous sponsors providing the tuition funding supporting one or more students. As this proposal includes planned cohorts, the accuracy is dependent on whether or not there is sufficient demand and funding support to initiate a planned cohort input. The associated Budget Page does not reflect any associated Direct Mission funding for active duty DoN officers participating in any of the programs.
