Summary	Pursuant to the executed MOU 6 May 2006 between the Technical Director of Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) and the NPS President, NPS proposes to perform studies and analyses in acquisition topics of immediate concern to the Technical Director as well as to stimulate and supervise studies and analyses conducted by NPS faculty and students. Proposed topics will be agreed upon by the Sponsor and the Chair of Acquisition.
