Summary | The goal of this research is to test the effectiveness of defender-attacker-defender (DAD) models to assess resilience of the inland waterway system in and around the Port of Pittsburgh. This project is being conducted in conjunction with the U.S. Coast Guard's LANT Operations Analysis Division (LANT-7). |
