Summary	Our work is guided by the study questions posed by SAPRO: - What are the best measures of effectiveness for the SAPR program? - What factors are related to an increased probability of reporting and/or being a victim of sexual assault? - How does the command climate influence reporting propensities and/or disposition of follow on criminal conduct cases? - What information needs to be collected in order to improve analysis of extant data?
