Summary | The objective of the IV2 JCTD is provide the Combatant Commands, U.S. Army Special Operations Command, and other participants a predictive analysis capability based on data that is mined from all open sources on the Internet, including tweets and blogs, using pattern recognition to detect trends in a sea of unstructured data. NPS will apply structured systems engineering methodology develop the Independent Assessment Plan (IAP) and performance measures that map to the appropriate operational and technical requirements. NPS will assess and report on the degree to which the IV2 solution is able to satisfy requirements, and the military utility of the demonstrated technology. |
