Summary	Operationally implement initial METOC metrics data collection methods, databases, data analysis, and metrics computation and display systems for METOC support of mine warfare (MIW). Apply systems to: collect and analyze METOC and MIW data, assess impacts of METOC products on MIW operations, develop metrics that quantify the performance and operational impacts of METOC products. Transition to METOC community a metrics toolset composed of data collections, database, data analysis, and display systems of MIW. Develop recommendations for METOC leadership.
