Summary	NPS will design and implement a variety of transformational and best business practices courses and workshops. Each event will be designed to integrate private industry methods, transformational ideologies and methodologies, state-of-the-art technology, and DON/DOD practices, standards, and guidelines. These courses will examine various aspects of organization, management, decision making, risk management, human performance, organizational alignment, corporate transformation, and innovation.
