Summary | The proposed work pioneers a comprehensive synthesis of synoptic scale, mesoscale and cloud scale phenomena to determine how pre-typhoon/hurricane proto vortices are created and able to survive adverse environmental influences from dry air intrusion and/or vertical shear. |
