Summary | The scope of this task is to provide expert guidance regarding the use of binary Extensible Markup Language (XML) technology utilized in previous JRAE events and is being evaluated for utilization in future JRAE events. This technology is part of the emerging World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) Efficient XML Interchange (EXI) standard to enable XML-based best case messaging over network and communications links. No software development is required for this task. |
