Summary	The PCC is an intensive two-week course in defense financial management and is part of the DON Civilian Financial Management Career Program. The PCC is specifically designed for individuals who are either incumbent or about to report to responsible positions in financial management at the major command/budget submitting office level, a subordinate command or field level activity.
