Summary	This proposal is for assisting Drs. Ellen Livingston, Terri Paluszkiewicz and Doug Marble, Office of Naval Research (ONR), in the management of the Quantifying, Predicting and Exploiting (QPE) Uncertainty Department Research Initiative (DRI), extending an ongoing management duty through the end of FY09. The management duty will be performed on a two month per year basis and will entail regular (approximately bi-monthly) travels to or for ONR. The duration of each TDY will be 3-5 days.
