Summary	Advance Naval science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) initiatives by inspiring and developing the current and future workforce with capabilities needed to develop and deliver innovative solutions to Naval challenges. Develop an alumni association for the Hartnell College (3C) STEM Interns. This 3 year project includes creating an online platform for 3C students to expand networks and gain access to variety of opportunities.
