Summary	CCMR-SCSEP/LDESP will develop and deliver identified instructional modules on the state partnership program, the history and culture of partnered country, the state of the economy and democratic institutions in the country, working with the State Department and the Defense forces of the partner country and other areas of cooperation between state and country to include economy, technology, education and tourism. The state partnership program seminars support the objectives of the partnership between state and country and aims to help participants reach a shared understanding about these joint objectives in the region. The State Partnership Program links a unique component of the Department of Defense, a state’s National Guard, with the armed forces or equivalent of a partner country in a cooperative, mutually beneficial relationship.
