Summary	The CORE Lab proposes to design and develop custom analytic tools that support the analysis of IW networks and concepts, as well as offer short courses that engrain IW fundamentals into international partner organizations. The Lab will develop and work iteratively with two sets of international partners to develop custom analytic tools and educate them on relevant IW concepts.
