Summary This project is for the instructional delivery of graduate certificates in Stability, Security, and Development in Complex Operations (SSDCO) at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in support of the United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) (USACAPOC). Students graduating from the SSDCO graduate certificate receive 12-credit hours and credit for the Intermediate Level Education Advance Operations Course (ILE AOC). SSDCO graduates also receive JPME 1 and MEL 4 credit upon completion of the ILE Common Core. This project is also for the instructional delivery of graduate certificates in Civil-Military Relations and the Rule of Law (RoL) and Human Behavior Dynamics (HBD) at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) in support of the United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) (USACAPOC (A).
