Summary	The purpose of this project is to provide advisory and assistance. DSCA will rely upon the researcher's knowledge of DSCA business processes gained as the faculty advisor for two student research projects commissioned by DSCA and to apply knowledge gained by experience of general business practices in the private and public sector in order to help guide and advise this significant DSCA analysis effort.
