Summary	Pursuant to the 24 ARP 2008 MOU between the Program Manager, NAVAIR PMA-290 and the NPS President, NPS proposes to perform studies and analyses in acquisition topics of immediate concern to the Commander as well as to stimulate studies and analyses conducted by faculty and graduate students. Proposed topics will be agreed upon by the Sponsor and the Acquisition Research Chair.
