Summary	There are two goals of this MOU: a. To train a critical mass of Naval (and other) leaders in order to effect a state change in the effectiveness and strategic value of their innovation efforts. b. To create an Innovation Initiative located at NPS that will aggregate resources and best practices so that it becomes a hub for innovation "knowhow" and "know-what". This will include the establishment of a lab that will showcase best practices in the field of collaboration.
