Summary	The Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment (OUSD (A&S)) funds the Acquisition Research Program (ARP) to stimulate and support scholarly research in academic disciplines that bear on public procurement policy and management at the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) and a variety of research organizations through grants (see HQ0034-19-FOA-ARP-0001) An annual acquisition research symposium is hosted by ARP to provide a forum for the presentation of scholarly acquisition research and dialogue between scholars, senior acquisition policymakers, students and practitioners. Research papers and presentations are given on recently completed and on-going Department of Defense (DoD) sponsored projects.
