Summary	NPS will support the Space Superiority Systems Directorate (SMC/SY) in the following areas: - Support systems engineering and CONOPS development for SMC/SY Technology and mission partner programs. - Initiate discussions with mission partners across the DoD and DNI, to include requirements stakeholders, operators, and acquisition offices. - Support technical and programmatic evaluation of all phases of R&D efforts. - Provide strategic leadership to Program Managers to support program execution and transition.
