Summary | This is a proposal to the Naval Warfare Development Command (NWDC) to (1) evaluate available communication, radar and electronic surveillance measures HF propagation models, (2) assist in incorporation of these models into the Joint Semi-Automated Forces (JSAF) simulation software and (3) provide training materials for non-experts on understanding the atmospheric effects on electromagnetic radiation in the HF, VHF, UHF and SHF (microwave) radio frequency ranges and how to apply this knowledge operationally. |
