Summary	This funding will be used to purchase supplies and minor equipment (surface profiler, reference electrodes, glass ware, power supplies, etc.) that support current research at NPS in corrosion science and engineering. Prof. Brewer has related projects from OSD Corrosion Policy and Oversight on x-ray residual stress measurements for predicting and mitigating stress corrosion cracking and on cold spray deposition for repair of corrosion damage. The supplies and equipment purchased will supplement those projects and other corrosion-related research and education at NPS.
