Summary | We propose to define new kinds of armor systems based on fundamental dynamic physics concepts. These lead us to consider novel materials and combinations of materials with properties that allow armor effectiveness to be improved. We have an initial concept, and in proposal define the theoretical/simulation approach, as well as the experimental approach to solving this problem. |
