Summary	Enhance the electromagnetic ducting climatology (EMDC) components of ACAF by incorporating additional, improved and more efficient datasets, new analysis and display capabilities and the capability for ACAF to provide climatological environmental input to AREPS to produce Battlespace on Demand Tier 2 EM system performance predictions.
