Summary The principal investigator will conduct and oversee comprehensive research focusing on the use of the concept of "key terrain" in government documentation, including but not limited to the reference materials provided in PWS Para 7.1. This research will also compare and contrast use of the concept in non-governmental analysis. In furtherance of this research, the project will establish contacts with cyber-related officials in governmental and non-governmental positions to broaden the pool of resources for information and insight into use of the concept in current strategic discussions. This research will also, inter alia, evaluate existing methods for "valuing" cyberspace assets as this relates to delineating "key terrain" in cyberspace.
