Summary	Conduct Regional Security Education Program (RSEP) for Expeditionary Strike Group three (ESG-3). ESG-3 is scheduled for a fly-away deployment to NAVCENT this January where their responsibilities will be NAVCENT CTF-51 (Expeditionary Ops), CTF-59 (Crisis Response), and CTF-158 (North Arabian Gulf). ESG-3 will greatly benefit from the regional security education programs training with a focus on Pakistan and the Gulf nations. Other regions such as Indonesia or Bangladesh will also strengthen their portfolio as they are always on call for noncombatant evacuation operations or humanitarian assistance response. The Naval Postgraduate School will support ESG-3 by sending NPS faculty to provide RSEP. This proposal is in support providing ESG-3 RSEP.
