Summary	NPS and ONRG have an agreement for the temporary assignment of Dr. Woei-Min Lin to ONRG in Singapore. Dr. Lin will serve ONRG as the Associate Director for Global Technical Awareness related to China. He will also work with other ONRG Associate Directors to establish a coordinated multi-disciplinary approach to advance Naval S&T. He will serve as a liaison on marine engineering and on other technical matters of interest to NPS and ONRG. Dr. Lin's activities will support and strengthen the interactions between NPS and Singapore.
