Summary The Global Public Policy Academic Group (GPPAG) of the Graduate School of Business and Public policy (GPPAG) of the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) provides research to the United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) in the areas of civil affairs, economic development, analytical decision making, governance, and human behavior. The intent of this research program is to identify the desired graduate degree for USACAPOC; review the existing curricula for the Stability, Security, and Development in Complex Operations (SSDCO) and Civil-Military Operations and the Rule of Law (RoL) and revise these graduate certificates to meet the outcomes of the desired graduate degree; and to develop two new graduate certificates in the areas of governance and human behavior dynamics.
