Summary	Demonstration of the ability to utilize Cobra Brass-F (CBF) and SIBRS digital satellite data resources to improve Numerical Weather Predication (NWP) forecasts through data assimilation. The deliverable will be a report that demonstrates the value of the data in the NWP context, and CBF CONOP changes necessary for useful NPW operationalization. An OPDEMO will be carried out to assess the value of the assimilated product in conjunction with IC users.
