Summary	This MOU is a renewal of two previous MOA's between NPS, ASN RD&A CHSENG and DIR SSP dated 2008 and 2010 respectively. Since two of the signatories have turned over and the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics has issued a new instruction titled "Support Agreements," on, 25 April 2013 this MOU will be put into effect.
