Summary	The proposed research continues to develop a bench-top capability to simulate ionospheric scintillation on satellite communications links in support of future coursework and thesis research opportunities for the Nuclear Command, Control and Communication (NC3) curriculum sponsored by Air Force Global Strike Command (AFGSC) through the Air Education and Training Command (AETC). * There are no long-term maintenance requirements for the hardware we propose to purchase. Note: the primary supported curriculum is 298, which is not listed in the drop-down menu above.
