Summary	Alcatel-Lucent desires to use the Camp Roberts area for vehicular and mast based antenna deployments to test a new WiMAX/WiFi system. Alcatel-Lucent will be performing range, throughputs, and stress testing of their network and devices. CIRPAS will provide facility, personnel and logistical support.
