Summary	Explore Ad-Hoc Mobile Network integration in the emerging tactical network, tactical network monitoring and adaptation techniques, application of collaborative technologies to tactical environment, obstacle penetrating networks (UWB, MIMO techniques), control-based MANET solutions, and tactical hyper-nodes. Develop CONOPS based on the new networking solutions and conduct field experiments in TNT and MIO environments.
