Summary	NPS will conduct reimbursable research and contribute to papers, briefings and other products that are produced by the SMA team. The effort is expected to require four days effort by an NPS Principal Investigator (PI) and up to 30 days effort by a Senior Research Associate. The PI will be required to travel to DC to attend the final presentation of the findings, and the RA will be required to travel to PACOM HQ in order to make recommendations for the integration of the SMA findings into the COCOM HQ.
