Summary	The purpose of this project is to develop an initial Defense Meteorological and Oceanographic Enterprise Architecture (DMEA) during fiscal year 2011. The DMEA will be created using a model-based systems engineering (MBSE) method. The primary focus of this phase of the project is to create the first phase architecture and related products. Later phases of the project will create an executable MBSE model that will enable quantitative modeling and simulation of the system, as well as a series of solution architecture alternatives for ultimate trade-off to select a final DMEA architecture.
