Summary	NPS, in cooperation with JIEDDO, will provide technical expertise to support management of contracted research and development activities of the Joint-Forces CIED Signatures Program. NPS will serve as an interface between the Intelligence community and R&D community to identify, evaluate and coordinate technical to help identify, evaluate and coordinate the technical development of new MASINT sensors and/or exploitation hardware/software systems. NPS will work closely with the JIEDDO Intel Division and COIC analysts to help them develop an operational understanding of the observables and exploitable signatures suitable for network attack.
