Summary	CIRPAS will support three weeks of Scan Eagle flight testing at the CIRPAS UAV airfield at Camp Roberts, CA without range safety support. CIRPAS provides range safety support and access to office, hanger and communications facilities. More the eighty percent of the funds required to support this flight testing will be sent to a contractor. The contractor is required to provide logistics support for this project. Costs provided are an estimate only.
