Summary	Plan, design, develop, coordinate, execute and evaluate search and rescue (SAR) information exchange and exercise support events for Pacific Fleet (PACFLT) in Vietnam. Establish SAR information exchange and exercise support events in the context of theater security cooperation program (TSCP) developed by Pacific Command (PACOM). Provide periodic feedback to RACFLT on project status and modify execution plan based upon feedback from PACFLT and PACOM staff.
