Summary	Funds are provided to Naval Postgraduate School to provide program planning support, documentation of detailed execution timelines, and a program review plan of action and support. The performer will organize both the documentation and the planning and review meetings for the maritime domain awareness activities/demonstration programs in the Philippines. As part of this activity, NPS will organize, arrange, and document the participation from contributing groups in the Philippines. These groups are expected to include: AFP, MEC, NPS, SIO, ONR. Planning and review meetings may occur in Manila, Honolulu, or Monterey at official government locations or sanctioned locations and NPS will provide all organizations as well as the research and programmatic level documentation that supports those meetings.
