Summary The objective of this requirement is to provide and study the necessary technical environment, training and assessment for continuous integration to meet evolving Fleet counterterrorism and operational requirements via NITES Next. Geospatial information systems consist of OGC services, catalog services, and user interfaces capable of integrating with Ozone Widget Framework (OWF) or being accessed via a webpage that is sufficient to allow users to select, subscribe to, view, and analyze any METOC product produced or distributed by CNMOC and required in theater; products consist of model grids, Worldwide Meteorological Organization (WUO) observation data, satellite imagery, and derived analytics. Grids are delivered using WMS, WCS, or KML and delivered as either contours or color fills. Satellite data is delivered using WMS, WCS or KML and consist of multiple images at various resolutions. Observations and other point data use WMS, WFS and KML. This project provides and study the necessary technical environment, training and assessment for continuous integration of these GI&S operational standards and services while adhering to the agile software process.
