Summary	The NPS Twin Otter research airplane will be used to test-fly the novel NASA developed 3STAR instrument. NPS will also measure and analyze relevant and necessary properties for evaluation of flight-worthiness of the instrument. The objective is its flight certification by NAVAIR.
