Summary	This research will explore a new concept of operations and potential for Sea Archer. It will focus on leveraging Special Operation Forces (SOF) unique and critical area access in support of this strategic initiative. Sea Archer has the potential to allow the command to impose cost and create strategic dilemmas for the adversary. This effort will support Sea Archer innovative project of well-defined and developed frameworks expands capabilities for greater integration and kill chains. The overall goal is to help advance the Sea Archer project to focus on a new concept of operations and technology that can achieve our goals. The main question answered in this research is "How can Sea Archer components be optimized for greater potency and efficiency?"
