Summary |
This project will provide thesis, seminar, and short course support to the 120+ Information Dominance Corps students at NPS. Current MIPR covers Q1 and Q2 of FY15. The objective of this project is to provide Information Dominance professional development and leadership seminars for IDC students as outlined in the Navy Information Dominance Corps “Human Capital Strategy 2012-2017”. The objective of the N2/N6 resources for the IDCFE is to provide leadership and professional development seminars/instruction to establish synergy between the IDC communities. Resources pay for course preparation, development, classroom facilitation, travel, supplies, books, materials, and transportation for the IDCFE and other student instruction opportunities. Resources also provides for preparation for student instruction, coordination between commands and Information Dominance students allowing for current real time opportunities to apply knowledge for better support to the warfighter. The IDCFE will be the N2/N6 focal point for IDC Culture, Fusion/Efficiency/Effectiveness, Total Work Force Integration, Adaptability & Innovation, Career/Professional Development, and Information Management for the 120+ IDC students enrolled at NPS. This professional development is not a curriculum/requirement for NPS. |
