Summary A faculty team from the Defense Resources Management Institute (DRMI) will deliver a 5 day Mobile International Defense Management Course (MIDMC) for approximately 20 officers from the Saudi Arabian Armed Forces from 11-15 February 2018 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The objective of the course is to prepare course participants to apply analytic decision making approaches and specific tools in managerial decision-making to make more effective and efficient use of defense resources. Topics to be covered in the course: Analytical tools for managerial decision-making, concepts and techniques of economic reasoning, management decision theory, budgeting, project management and quantitative analysis as they apply to decisions involving the allocation of scarce resources. The course will consist of lectures and small group break out periods, for discussion of problem sets and case studies.
