Summary |
The Multinational Exercises program supports combatant and service command security cooperation programs and regional partnerships through multinational and interagency exercise planning, design, control and evaluation. The primary training audiences are joint and multinational staffs at the mid-career level (E6-O5). Exercises are designed to develop command and staff proficiency in integrated mission command, deliberate decision-making processes, civil-military cooperation, and shared situational awareness in a complex peace, stability, or crisis response operational context. Asia-Pacific security cooperation exercises directly support PACOM, USARPAC, and MARFORPAC security cooperation programs in Cambodia, India, Malaysia, Mongolia, and Thailand. CCMR provides subject matter expertise in civil-military coordination and regional and international norms and standards for multidimensional peace, stability, and crisis response operations. CCMR-LDESP conducts seminars and distance learning courses to orient participants supporting security cooperation activities in the Pacific region to the history, culture, security and political situation, regional relations and the military of associated region/country. |
