Summary |
Determine a Capability: Provide written recommendations to aid identification and sourcing of future NATO capability requirements to avoid capability shortfalls in NATO. The study will identify necessary steps for NATO allies to collaborate jointly in defense planning to implement a comprehensive approach to sourcing NATO's future capability requirements, in support of the NATO 'Smart Defence' initiative. It will include a process for USEUCOM to access appropriate NATO documentation to readily identify NATO capability targets and force requirements of Allies and Partners to inform development of USEUCOM country cooperation plans. Conduct Analysis: The study will identify steps for the U.S. and NATO allies to collaborate jointly in defense planning to implement a comprehensive approach to sourcing NATO's future capability requirements. |
