Summary This Statement of Work is designed to support the AF ISR Innovation Directorate (AF-A21) activity in conjunction with the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS). The HAF A21 Directorate has established a Memorandum of Agreement with the President, Naval Postgraduate School to perform research, field experimentation, analysis, and Military Utility of new or existing technologies as it related to ISR sensors as well as ISR data content correlation and fusion; ISR data exploitation and dissemination, and secure and assured networking. This Statement of Work (SOW) is specifically designed to support the following activities: secure and assured airborne and ground networking, TacNet ROVER (p) and TacNet ROVER (e), ROVER IP Network (RIPN), Advanced Collaboration Enterprise Services (ACES), Command and Control ROVER (C2 ROVER), and other projects as determined by AF-A21. Historically, the AF-A21 projects supported by NPS have focused on the following end users: Air Operation Centers (AOC), Special Operations Forces (SOF) and Joint Terminal Attack Controllers (JTAC), and Remotely Piloted Vehicles (RPVs). The overall objective of the MOA is to promote Information Dominance at all levels of the chain of command.
