Summary | NSA proposes to develop and deliver an orientation course for uniformed and civilian personnel on the topic of nuclear command, control, and communications (NC3). NSA will develop two versions of this course; the first will last one day and the second will last two-and-a-half days. Each will have prerequisite reading assignments. NSA faculty will teach this course at Barksdale AFB at least twice before the end of December 2017. We will leverage the development of these courses to begin the development of an NC3 Professional Continuing Education (PCE) program at the basic, intermediate, and advanced (200/300/400) levels so that instruction for these courses can begin by April 2018. NC3 PCE courses may be offered for credit. |
